Dance meditation

By guided dance and movements we open up the body and connect with the bigger body, the groupbody. By making the same movement as a group, releasing and opening becomes easier.
The dance is gentle, soft, connected and very heart opening. As the (group)body gets more space, you feel your greatness enter your being. Your shields of protection drop and for a moment you can be yourSELF. 
It is a movement into oneness, an incredible space filled with love and where you can BE and be danced by your Soul.
